  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, The Greek House ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, The Greek House ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    Orders are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation. Orders will ship within 1-14 business days. If there will be a further delay in your shipment you will be notified via email. Shipping time or delays can be caused by out of stock items or items being on back order. The Greek House will only ship 100% of your order.



  • Return Policy

  • We trust you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, The Greek House’s Exchange and Return policy is stated below:

    Exchange and Return Period

    The Greek House will issue a refund of the purchase price on the original method of payment in, when each of the following conditions has been met:

    1. The merchandise must be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt; and
    2. The merchandise must be in its original, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer's defect; and
    3. The merchandise must be accompanied by either the original The Greek House’s Receipt: and
    4. You are responsible for shipping charges on returned items unless item is defected
    5. you will be charged a 15% Restocking Fee and Shipping Fees are Non-Refundable.

    Refund Method

    Your refund will generally be in the same form as the original purchase.

    The Greek House reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges regardless of receipt.

    Monogrammed, Personalized and Altered Merchandise

    Unfortunately, we cannot refund monogrammed, personalize or altered merchandise unless an error occurred on our part or the item is damaged or defective.
